In 2018, North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un gifted a pair of Pungsan breed dogs to South Korean President Moon Jae-in at their third inter-Korean summit. Now that President Moon is moving back to civilian life, he says the hunting dogs must stay because they are property of the government.
However, incoming President Yoon Seok-yeol believes dogs should be raised by their original owners. So what will be the fate of the dogs?
