BTS and HYBE have pledged to pull out all the stops to make their Busan concert next month a spectacular show despite all of the political and logistical nightmares. However, is it fair for them to be performing in a decrepit stadium that's full of holes? Moreover, the Minister of Defense just announced that he doesn't think it's fair that the boys get exempted from the military.
