New Jeans creator wants $200 million from HYBE
New Jeans creator Min Hee-jin calls herself a 'slave' bound to HYBE and claims it's never been about money for her. But I followed the money and it turns out all she's ever done was argue over her pay. Let’s be clear. Min Hee-jin did nothing but argue over her compensation package since 2021. She received multiple generous renegotiations in her favor. On top of close to a $2 million a year salary, she turned $750k of stock options into $75 million already. She was trying to renegotiate so that the $75 mil would be closer to $150 million. And wouldn't you know, if she got her way, she'd drain Hybe's bank accounts right before BTS' comeback.
Then Hybe said enough was enough. Plus, they confronted her with super sus evidence of her scheming to run off with New Jeans and Ador. Ms. Min retaliated with a press conference to end all press conferences and here many of you are thinking she’s the victim of not being able to send out press releases of New Jeans’ debut. Is it any wonder she didn't want people to pay attention to the money during her disastrous press conference?
