New Jeans creator Min Hee-jin may have won a temporary injunction, but she just lost her K-pop dream.

New Jeans creator Min Hee-jin won a very short-run victory this Thursday when the court ruled to block HYBE from firing her the next day. However, HYBE immediately took action to fire her two VPs and take control of the ADOR board of directors. This essentially makes Min Hee-jin a lame duck CEO with no power.

But if she was so tortured that she spent most of her working hours consulting shamans and scheming with her VPs to sabotage HYBE, why is she fighting so hard to stay?
