NEW JEANS MAMA's MESSY Court Injunction

New Jeans Producer Min Hee-jin and HYBE argued their cases at an extremely messy court hearing in Seoul last Friday. The same judge who ruled in favor of the New Jeans Mama's injunction in April will decide whether Min Hee-jin's new injunction is even valid. HYBE presented a bulletproof legal case that not only is Min Hee-jin out of her mind, there is ample evidence that she planned an illegal takeover, damaged ADOR's brand value, adulterated a workplace abuse investigation and cannot force them to make her CEO.
