When will kkondae grasp the concept of 'balance of power'?

There's a last-minute power grab happening before President Moon Jae-in leaves office in a few weeks. South Korean liberals want to finish their campaign of completely stripping the prosecution of their investigation rights and hand it over to the police. But is it smart to ever leave one group of old Korean men with 100% of the power? Of course not! The corruption market will simply change its address and neither wants to give up a monopoly.

Perhaps Korea needs to adopt a more multi-agency approach when it comes to criminal investigations. However, it's up to the people to wake up to how greasy those palms have been behind the scenes to finally get some real reforms! Why does it matter to the everyday person?
