NEW JEANS Faces BIG Legal Trouble

New Jeans faces its first court injunction hearing this week, which would ban the runaway K-pop group from violating its exclusive contract with agency ADOR. Not only would an injunction ban them from advertising deals, the scope has been expanded to side contracts including performances.

Though it's just the first hearing, a ruling for an injunction may take a few weeks as opposed to a multi-year lawsuit, which will also have its first hearing in the second case against New Jeans to confirm the validity of their exclusive contract with ADOR.
